Ministry of National Defense issued a press release to clarify the case of “some addresses did not match the correct recipients among the letters of notification of recalculated benefit payment for retired military personnel.” (June 28th, 2018)
Ministry of National Defense stated today (28th) that some addresses did not match the correct recipients among “the letters of notification of recalculated benefit payment for retired military personnel” sent by the Ministry, and the reason was because tab errors occurred when the files were exported from the system. If military personnel received any letter addressed to the wrong recipient, please return it to the postman or send it back to the original post office. We sincerely apologize for your inconvenience.
Ministry of National Defense claimed that currently the Ministry had appointed Department of Household Registration, Ministry of Interior to assist checking the addresses of all recipients and correct the mistakes in the system. The mails with mistaken addresses would be delivered by mail again after correction.
